Weston Village Primary SchoolOdd Socks Day at Weston!
We kicked off Anti-Bullying Week with a splash of mismatched colour to celebrate that everyone’s different. This year’s theme is Power for Good: each class made a simple pledge on our sock templates and found small ways to be upstanders - invite in, include, inform.
Some of this week's “power for good” moments: inviting someone new into a game, pairing up so no one worked alone, noticing unkind words and asking a trusted adult for help and checking in on a classmate who seemed quiet.
