The Cornovii Trust

Weston Village Primary School is proud to be part of The Cornovii Trust, a local multi-academy trust made up of schools that work together while retaining their own individual identity and character.

The Trust Board is responsible for the overall governance of the Trust and holds legal and financial accountability for its academies. At school level, Weston’s Governing Board provides local oversight, support and challenge within the Trust’s governance framework and scheme of delegation.

Being part of The Cornovii Trust enables Weston to benefit from collaboration with other schools, shared expertise, professional development and support across areas such as governance, finance, HR and school improvement.
