Our Governing Board

Weston Village Primary School has a committed Governing Board which works with school leaders and The Cornovii Trust to provide support, challenge and local oversight.

Governors bring a range of professional skills, experience and perspectives to their role. They monitor the effectiveness of the school, contribute to its strategic development and help ensure that the needs of pupils and the wider school community remain at the heart of decision-making.

As an academy within The Cornovii Trust, Weston’s Governing Board operates within the Trust’s wider governance structure and in accordance with its scheme of delegation.
