We are having a wonderful morning, looking ahead to the Euro 2020 final on Sunday. As well as our regular learning, we are doing various fun activities and generally getting excited.
Whoever scheduled the final for 8pm on a Sunday wasn't thinking about primary school children! We are sure that lots of them will be staying up past their bedtimes to watch this once in a lifetime event, together with the majority of the country.
As such, on Monday the registers won't be closed until 10am. This means that the children may come to school up to 10am and not be marked late. Of course school and The Hive will be open at the normal time - this is just an optional allowance for the children for this exceptional circumstance. Hopefully, whatever time we see them, we'll all be celebrating together!
