Her Majesty the Queen

Just last term, our community came together in celebration to mark the queen’s platinum jubilee and our children have learnt a great deal about her life, service and family. We know that when the children come to school tomorrow, they will know about today’s sad news. Our intention is to acknowledge the events and to answer questions. Everything we do will be considered, sensitive and age-appropriate.

The coming days will provide an opportunity in school for reflection on the queen’s life and legacy and to look ahead to the future of the monarchy.
