Guide Dog in Training

We were joined by Finn in assembly today. Finn is a 7 month old guide dog in training and he came in with two volunteers from the charity, who look after and complete initial training with the dogs until they are ready for advanced training. They told us all about the very important role of guide dogs and details of the training they require in order to do their job. It was fascinating. After the assembly, the children in Red class were so inspired that they wanted to write all about it.
