Weston Village Primary SchoolCREST award programme
The Year 2 children started their CREST award programme this afternoon. Over the next few weeks, they will explore a range of everyday problems using science. Once they have successfully completed all 8 challenges, they will earn a CREST Star certificate and badge.
Under the guidance of visiting STEM ambassador Mr Howell, together with Mrs Loveland and Mrs Shilton, the children kept potatoes warm while exploring insulation by experimenting with different materials and taking accuarte measurements.
